When exporting a PDF of a document containing a Feedback Form, the order and numbering of the comments does not match that of the document in the browser. These must match.

Provide a means to flag new comments or feedback form entries in NWM. Perhaps only identify new ones since the last time a document is opened by the user, or provide a means to flag comments as read/unread.
