3GPP members have indicated to AS that they will not accept to draft their private CRs and share them internally in the company using a platform which other companies have access to (for IP security reasons), even if we configure it such that they can have 'private' contributions. We may need to consider a way to have a company-local installation of the NWM platform (with a synchronisation of at least all the publicly available content - specs and shared variants), and have a means for the company to push or upload a variant (new CR) which they have drafted locally on their platform, to send it to the ETSI/3GPP platform. Either some form of interconnection, or a transfer format to simply upload a new variant.
