The user can browse through the warnings and the system proposes fixes, which the user can choose from
unassigned references & abbreviations
user can assign definitions to potential abbreviations
user can assign correct title to potential references

click on an item jumps to the location in the document
flag an error to be permanently ignored
make the display of warnings more flexible , e.g. a tbale chunks requires different warnigns than a figure chunk etc.
