Create the possibility of creating your own group to share with: e.g. I want to share my notes or my variants with my colleagues – but always the same colleagues in my company, as we’re working together on the same topic. It could also be a rapporteurs/editors group, or an informal group of delegates who might form for whatever reason, such as a shared contribution.
