Do we mean specifically integrate with 3GPP MinuteMan tool, or do we mean to find a way to provide similar functionality?
In principle, yes.
In practice, the goal of NWM is to drive us towards a CD/CI process, away from meetings. So this could be superseded by a dashboard and metrics. Reports from the dashboard could go part-way to meeting the needs.
Anyway, to do this, we'd have to integrate the concept of meetings and meeting management into NWM.
