It is not possible when viewing a document to directly add it to the workspace. One has to go to the workspace, search for the document and add it. In many cases, the link to a document is provided in an email and the first thing a user does is to open the document. It would be convenient to have the possibility to add the document to one's workspace directly when viewing a document. Needless to day, the document to be added should be the generic document rather than the specific version being viewed.
