Given that we may follow many NWM docs, it would be good if we can archive the older NWM docs that we do not need to manage momentarily. This way the number of added NWM docs in the main page would shrink, while we will still have access to older NWM docs that were added in the past via the archived tab

Hi, You could get a somewhat similar functionality by adding the documents you are currently using to your Workspace, and removing documents you are no longer using (e.g. from the last meeting). You can quickly find and open documents not in your workspace by using the Search function, which has recently been extended with new search fields.
