Option to create user-defined folders in workspace

As we are using NWM more frequently, the workspace quickly fills up with many documents. It woud help if users are allowed to create their own directory structure in their workspace, with folders where documents can be stored in a directory struture.

    Rather than using folders, we are thinking of providing a label mechanism that woudl allows the user to tag his documents with a label, and to sort in his workspace on those labels
