During WG meetings a summary of discussion document will in many cases contain multiple (e.g. order of 10) feedback forms. So the delegate often needs to start drafting replies in several steps before posting, and e.g. adjust the different replies before upload to ensure they are coherent. Sometimes also draft replies may need internal checking before they are published. So when all replies are ready, it seems cumbersome to press a button per comment (e.g. 10...), and there is also a risk to forget to press the button for some comments.
