Are all threads created as part of the agenda prior to a scheduled meeting?

For each meeting there should be a "General Q&A thread" moderated by the Chair/Vice Chair or another designated person associated with a given working group, which could serve as a place holder for meeting related topics, and which cannot be classified under any pre-defined thread in the agenda.

This could be useful for offline resolution.

    Would it be sufficient for the Chair/Vice Chair to create a document, add whatever text they want to explain the purpose of the document, and then add a Feedback Form to the document to collect any input?

    The alternative of course is that this is done by e-mail. NWM cannot replace all e-mail exchanges and is not intended to.
