Provide a means for a delegate, who is already authorised in DS to represent more than one ETSI or 3GPP member, to select which member he signs in as when using NWM.
This could be during Login, where such a user may be offered a choice of members to represent.
The user might be required to log out to change identities. Alternatively, we can include something in the ID box on the top right to make it a pull-down and change member names without logging out.
